A Partner Who Has Led From the Inside
I hold a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC's Rossier School of Education, and I've spent over two decades leading cross-functional strategy, operations, and technology initiatives at the executive level. I know what it feels like to be accountable for outcomes in the middle of ambiguity — because I've been there.
My coaching practice is built on that lived experience. I don't offer frameworks from the outside. I work alongside you to develop the clarity, capability, and confidence to lead through whatever comes next.

A discovery call is a 30-minute conversation — no pressure, no pitch. Just an honest look at where you are and whether working together makes sense.
"The work of leadership is not about having all the answers. It's about having the clarity to ask the right questions."
