Leading Change From the Inside Out
I've spent my career at the intersection of people, strategy, and transformation. My coaching practice is built on what I've learned leading change from the inside — not observing it from a distance.

My background
A Career Built on Navigating What's Hard
I completed my Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership at USC's Rossier School of Education in 2026 — not as a career pivot, but as the natural extension of work I'd been doing for years. My research deepened what I already knew from the field: that lasting organizational change doesn't happen through strategy decks and mandates. It happens when people are included, supported, and genuinely empowered to lead through it.
Before coaching, I spent over two decades leading cross-functional strategy, operations, and technology initiatives at the executive level. I've sat in the rooms where hard decisions get made. I've managed the gap between what leadership announces and what teams actually experience. I've navigated the ambiguity of transformation without a clear roadmap — and I've learned what it takes to bring people through it with their trust intact.
That experience is what I bring to every coaching engagement. I'm not here to hand you a framework. I'm here to help you think more clearly, lead more deliberately, and build the kind of confidence that holds up when things get complicated.
What I believe
The Principles Behind My Practice
People are the work
Every strategy, every transformation, every technology initiative ultimately succeeds or fails based on how people experience it. I keep that truth at the center of everything.
Inclusion isn't optional
Lasting change requires the people closest to the work to have a voice in shaping it. I help leaders build the conditions where that's actually possible.
Clarity before action
Most leadership struggles aren't about capability — they're about clarity. I help leaders get clear on what they're actually trying to do before deciding how to do it.
Warmth and rigor together
Good coaching is both honest and kind. I hold high expectations and create a space where it's safe to think out loud, make mistakes, and grow.
Let's Talk About What You're Navigating
A discovery call is a 30-minute conversation — no pressure, no pitch. Just an honest look at where you are and whether working together makes sense.
